These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ParkJawn website and ParkJawn services. ParkJawn is a product of Civic Synapse Technologies LLC (“ParkJawn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using ParkJawn, you agree to these Terms.

Parking Information Is Guidance

ParkJawn provides parking-related information and guidance intended to help users make more informed parking decisions.

ParkJawn does not guarantee that a parking space will be available, legal, safe, accessible, or suitable when you arrive. Parking availability and regulations can change at any time.

Posted street signs, temporary restrictions, official notices, and applicable laws and regulations always take precedence over information provided by ParkJawn.

You are responsible for determining whether parking is lawful and appropriate before parking your vehicle.

Drive Safely

Do not interact with ParkJawn in a manner that distracts you while driving.

Drivers are responsible for complying with traffic laws and operating their vehicles safely. When necessary, use ParkJawn only after safely stopping your vehicle or have a passenger operate the service.

Data and Predictions

ParkJawn may use public information, historical data, community reports, algorithms, and other information to generate parking guidance.

Parking conditions can change rapidly, and information from third parties or other users may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Any estimates, rankings, recommendations, availability assessments, or similar outputs are informational and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

Community Contributions

Certain ParkJawn features may allow users to submit parking-related observations, feedback, or other information.

You agree not to knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent information or attempt to manipulate ParkJawn's systems.

We may restrict or remove access to features when reasonably necessary to protect ParkJawn, its users, or the integrity of its information.

Beta and Experimental Features

ParkJawn is under active development. Beta, testing, or experimental features may change, malfunction, become unavailable, or be discontinued without notice.

Participation in beta testing does not guarantee continued access to ParkJawn or any particular feature.

Third-Party Services and Information

ParkJawn may incorporate or provide access to information or services from third parties, including mapping, routing, parking, government, or other data providers.

We do not control all third-party information or services and cannot guarantee their accuracy, availability, or continued operation.

Acceptable Use

You may use ParkJawn only for lawful purposes.

You may not intentionally interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, abuse reporting systems, access ParkJawn through unauthorized automated methods, or use ParkJawn in a manner intended to harm the service or other users.

Intellectual Property

ParkJawn, including its branding, software, design, original content, and other proprietary materials, is owned by Civic Synapse Technologies LLC or used with permission, except for third-party materials and information.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ParkJawn or its intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ParkJawn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, parking availability, or that the service will meet every user's requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Civic Synapse Technologies LLC and ParkJawn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or reliance on ParkJawn.

This includes, without limitation, losses associated with parking tickets, towing, vehicle damage, unavailable parking, missed appointments, travel delays, or reliance on inaccurate or outdated parking information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to ParkJawn or These Terms

We may modify ParkJawn or these Terms as the service develops. If these Terms are updated, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.

Continued use of ParkJawn after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
